John Rozich | Owner
John Rozich has over twenty (20) years’ experience in the construction industry. While he has been a project manager in the commercial construction industry, working on projects for the government, education, health care, and fit outs, John has the breadth and depth of experience to tackle any commercial or residential construction opportunity. John carries that hands-on experience and knowledge into the residential field with new homes, additions, and renovations. Through his many years of experience, John decided to branch out on his own and start his own business. In 2010, he formed Harbor Stone Construction Company, LLC. John is a family man and a successful businessman, and had the inspiration to create a company based on his personal work ethic and family life, that has successfully flourished over the past several years.
John was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. double major in marketing and management and worked for a drywall company during the summer, which began his love of construction. In 1999, he was recruited to play professional baseball by the Los Angeles Dodgers and in 2014 the USA National Fast Pitch to Play in the Pan Am Games Qualifier. John currently coaches the Chester County Cobras Baseball Traveling Team.
John is married and has 3 boys and believes in family morals, commitment, and incorporates this into his everyday work values and serves as the basis of his work ethic.
Through the years, he has grown his Company by one customer at a time, gaining their confidence and exceeding their expectations for their projects.
Christine Ward | Account & Project Manager
Christine Ward has over 25 years’ experience in the legal industry and brings that experience to Harbor Stone to assist with its day-to-day operations. She was a paralegal in Wilmington, Philadelphia, and Phoenix and has experience ranging from various areas of the legal industry, but mainly focused on corporate law and litigation. In addition, Christine also spent time working in Southeastern Chester Country for one of the area’s largest home builders. Christine brings to Harbor Stone her vast organization skills, responsiveness to customer service, attention to detail with respect to all customer accounts, and maintaining and managing the daily operations of Harbor Stone.
Christine was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and has spent time in Phoenix, Arizona, now living locally with her family.
Her understanding and enjoyment of the construction industry comes from living with it during her childhood through her father. Christine’s dad was a project manager in the construction industry his entire life. When her father passed away in 2013, Christine decided to follow in her father’s footsteps. Christine left the legal community and started working with Harbor Stone Construction in 2016.
