John Rozich | Owner

John Rozich has over twenty-five (25) years’ experience in the construction industry. While he has been a project manager in the commercial construction industry, working on projects for the government, education, health care, and fit outs, John has the breadth and depth of experience to tackle any commercial or residential construction opportunity. John carries that hands-on experience and knowledge into the residential field with new homes, additions, and renovations. Through his many years of experience, John decided to branch out on his own and start his own business. In 2010, he formed Harbor Stone Construction Company, LLC. John is a family man and a successful businessman, and had the inspiration to create a company based on his personal work ethic and family life, that has successfully flourished over the past several years.

John was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. double major in marketing and management and worked for a drywall company during the summer, which began his love of construction. In 1999, he was recruited to play professional baseball by the Los Angeles Dodgers and in 2014 the USA National Fast Pitch to Play in the Pan Am Games Qualifier. John currently coaches West Chester Dragons travel baseball team.

John is married and has 3 boys and believes in family morals, commitment, and incorporates this into his everyday work values and serves as the basis of his work ethic.

Through the years, he has grown his Company by one customer at a time, gaining their confidence and exceeding their expectations for their projects.
